Kevin has extensive experience in real estate transactions, litigation, administrative law, land use and zoning matters. He regularly counsels clients on the application and interpretation of the New York City Building Code and Zoning Resolution.
Prior to founding the firm, Kevin served as Deputy Director-Signs & Padlocks of the New York City Department of Buildings, where he represented the City of New York at trials regarding Environmental Control Board violations, Department of Buildings violations and various other matters relating to the Administrative Code.
Kevin's private practice background is in commercial litigation and real estate transactions and litigation including partition actions as well as serving as general counsel to several Co-op Apartment Corporations.
Outside of the office Kevin is an instructorwith the Continuing and Professional Studies Program at Baruch College where he teaches courses on Real Estate Related Matters. In addition Kevin donates his time as a voulnteer arbitrator in the Queens County Civil Court system and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
