In cases where litigation is unavoidable, we strive to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible and obtain a reasonable, fair outcome that meets our clients' goals.

Our landlord clients benefit from our in-depth of knowledge of rent regulatory laws, including the Rent Stabilization Law, the New York Real Property Actions and Proceeding Law, and the Rent Control laws. Our clients rely on our advice and counsel in drafting, negotiating and tendering leases to potential tenants. In the situation where the landlord-tenant relationship is no longer feasible, and litigation is necessary, our clients depend on our counsel both before commencement of the action and through the trial process.

We advise clients on notices to cure and quit, notices of default, notices of termination and nonpayment and holdover petitions to enforce their rights. We work with our clients in the post-judgment process to ensure enforcement of the judgment or order.
